Job Description :-

• Lead and contribute to the growth of DA’s NRM programme in Bundelkhand.
• Planning, management, implementation and monitoring of NRM programme and project activities.
• Field visits to assess and facilitate project delivery at all levels.
• Business development i.e. proposal and budget formulation and engagement with potential clients.
• Engagement with clients and ensuring response to their reporting requirements.
• Documentation and field research as per project , programme and organisational requirements including preparation of reports, case studies, knowledge products, database etc.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local organisations, block and district for convergence and leverage of resources.
• Office management and administration functions.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

• Good community mobilization and communication skills.
• Ability to work in team.
